When i am sending an email from my email account the "Save Sent Item to" dropdown box that is found under on the "Options" ribbon is selectable and i am able to change the default save location.
The problem i am experiencing however is when attempting to do the same action when sending from a Shared Mailbox, The issue i am receiving is the "Save Sent Item to" Drop down window is now Grayed out and i cannot change the save location of the email.
